"Company" shall refer to the management team of SpexHost, LLC and the SpexHost, LLC corporate staff body.
"Customer" shall refer to any person(s) who places an order on our website, pay for, access and/or use services from SpexHost, LLC. This includes but is not limited to accessing our servers or accessing our Customer Billing Area.
"Billing Section" or "Customer Support" shall refer to all contents at https://www.spexhost.com/billing/ and any correspondance between Company and Customer via electronic mail or telephone.
Company is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Company collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (name, address, and phone number for example) and financial information (such as your PayPal e-mail). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information
Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are able to unsubscribe from certain service announcements, however any announcements which contain importation information will still be sent. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code, or address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can be done by contacting Customer Support.
Company takes reasonable measures to protect customer's privacy. Company will not make available customer's information or data to any third party, with the exception of billing information for the processing of Company payments and any law enforcement agencies. At this time all sensitive billing information is handled purely via secure trusted third party payment processors, no credit or other sensitive information is stored on any Company servers. Company will never ask you for your password. Company does not deal with accounts over Internet Relay Chat (IRC). This is for security reasons and to protect your privacy.
