How do I set reverse DNS (RDNS/PTR)?

Clients can set reverse DNS (RDNS/PTR) right from our billing panel.  Simply click on IP Management from your dashboard and enter in any entries you need to.

Before adding a reverse entry, you must make sure that the forward resolves to your IP.  If the domain does not resolve to your IP, the update will fail.
