We guarantee that your VPS and Web Hosting will be online 100% of the time.
Some exceptions to this might include:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Upgrades to your account
- AUP or ToS Violations resulting in account suspension
- Client Errors
- Any acts beyond our control
Any downtime may result in account credit being added. Any and all requests must be made through a support ticket, and must be made within 5 days of the downtime.
