Changing primary account contact information
SpexHost allows you to change the contact information, billing, alternate e-mail addresses for contact, as well as your password in your Billing Center at https://www.spexhost.com/billing/, under the Account header at the top of the page. Please keep in mind that if you change your primary e-mail address or password, that the login details will have changed and you will have to log in with your new primary e-mail address and/or password in the future.
SpexHost does not allow the transfer of control of an account between two individuals. However if such a situation comes up where you would have to, please open a Billing Triage ticket from the Billing Center at https://www.spexhost.com/billing/, and we’ll do everything within our power to help aid your situation.
