Our Network

SpexHost is always expanding their network to increase connectivity throughout the world. Our current network includes providers such as HurricaneElectric, Mzima, Level3, and Cogent. Our focus is providing the best experience for you, our customers. No matter where you connect from, we want you to be comfortable using our network. Our network has multiple backbones and peers adding to our already redundant datacenter. Our main server is located in LA, California in one of the biggest data facilities in the western united states: One Wilshire.

All our servers have advanced packet-filtering technology and firewalls to protect our customers from unwanted traffic, ddos attacks, and other security threats. Our servers also utilize UPS (Uninterrupted Power Service) and redundant backups to prevent downtime and dataloss in case of emergency.

With the relaunch of our website, we have included a new "Network Status" page that will show a real-time reporting of our current network status as well as statistics on how our network addresses are being utilized. To view this nifty feature, click here.

Future Network Plans

In the very near future, SpexHost is planning on expanding it's services to encompass colocation, dedicated servers, and managed servers within One Wilshire in California. We will be providing quality bandwidth for low prices (as always), so if you are interested in being informed when our business venture has matured, please contact us.
