Addition Information
- All packages are self-managed packages, meaning the client is solely responsible for the administration (including backups) of the servers. If a client needs SpexHost Staff to login to the server to perform any tasks, the client will be billed at a rate of $25 per hour.
- At the present time, SpexHost can only offer Dedicated Servers in Chicago.
- IP KVM may be provided for free on an as-requested basis for a 24 hour period.
- Dedicated servers must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date
