I've been with spexhost for 3 months now and so far the support has been amazing. They are very active on their channel on gamesurge. Either Matt, Damier, or of course xeron responds very fast. If they aren't on IRC, I open a support ticket and get a response within 10 minutes. They also helped me set things up when I first ordered my shell. I really recommend anyone to this company.
