SpexHost differs from other shell companies in many aspects. We are a small to medium sized company in terms of staff, having between 10 and 30 employees. That being said, you can count on us not being a one-man operation, and at the same time, we are small enough that we can get to know each of our customers personally. You can also see that we are not some "fly-by-night company" since we have been in the shell hosting business for over a year and a half now. Most companies just look at customers like they are dollar bills, and do not care about them.
