Support Agent, Level One

Telecommute


A Level One Support Agent is responsible for the first point of contact for all our support tickets. The employee must have excellent unix, windows and networking troubleshooting skills. The employee must also have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description
  • Provide initial support response to all managed and unmanaged customers.
  • Professionally resolve issues via trouble ticket and phone


Requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in a variety of technologies, including unix and windows.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in english. Any other languages are an assest.
  • Ability to work well within a team, and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing.
